Make sure to have a digital sign-up form, a scanning device for badges, or a simple, organized way to collect business cards with notes.

Another common issue is relying solely on traditional business cards and brochures for follow-up. While these are important tools, they are not enough. People receive a lot of cards and brochures at trade shows, and yours can easily get lost in the shuffle.
